Bad Roads in LWH?

Unfortunately, 62%+ homeowners in our community have not paid their dues this year; a majority of homeowners

have not paid their dues in four-plus years. When folks don't pay their dues, we cannot maintain our roads. This is not new information. For those who say "I'm not paying my dues until the roads are fixed": it doesn't work that way. We cannot maintain the roads without sufficient funds. If you, or someone you know, has not paid their dues, please take a moment to pay your dues and/or remind your neighbor(s) to pay their dues. Let's all work together to enrich our community!
