SECTION I – NOTICE OF MEETING OF REMAINING DIRECTORS 

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS 

Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of Lakeway Owners Association, Inc. will be held on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., at 22477 Lakeway Harbor Dr. Flint ,Texas, for the following purpose: 

1. To appoint new Directors to fill vacancies created by the resignation of five Directors at the Regular Meeting of Members held October 14, 2025. 

2. To conduct such other business as may properly come before the Board. 

This meeting is called pursuant to the continuing authority of the remaining Directors under the 1976 Restrictions running with the land and Article III, Section 3.4 of the 2019 Amended Bylaws, which authorize remaining Directors to fill vacancies until the next Annual Meeting of Members to be held in May 2026.
